- Artistic Tile & Granite also sells PaperStone, a woodlike material made of 100 percent post-consumer recycled paper. Marketed primarily for counter and tabletops, it's heat resistant to 350 degrees Fahrenheit with a class A fire rating, stain resistant to most household cleaners and emits no formaldehyde into the environment. PaperStone sells for $120 per square foot.
