The Water-Efficient Showerhead solves this dilemma by delivering 1.6 gallons of water per minute at 60 pounds per square inch. "Thirty-six percent less water than conventional 2.5-gpm showerheads is a huge accomplishment," one judge said, adding that the showerhead "is designed well and is aesthetically pleasing." Without using any moving parts, the showerhead provides a dense spray pattern, says the firm. Cost: $55. 800-345-3358.
