- The PowerCost Monitor, a wireless home-energy-monitoring device, has been upgraded to provide homeowners with a 30-day energy estimate based on current consumption, allowing for instant feedback on the potential savings and impact of actions. The new model also makes it easier to determine the operating costs of each appliance and the impacts of how and when it is used, the company says.
