- The electronic combustion control system on the Elite Plus residential heating boiler automatically adjusts to the type and quality of fuel being used, says the firm, ensuring a constant, optimum air-to-gas combustion mixture. The boiler features a 10-to-1 turndown ratio, allowing the 199,000-BTU/hour unit to modulate down to 19,900 BTU/hour. Other features include an extended venting range of 250 feet, compared to 85 feet of other models, flue-exhaust temperatures low enough to permit venting with Schedule 40 PVC or CPVC pipe, and an easy-to-use LCD screen. 800-323-9651.
