Ultra Silent humidity-sensing fans are designed to detect a rapid increase in moisture at the ceiling and turn on automatically to exhaust it. They also turn off automatically. Homeowners can set the humidity-sensing level and how long the fan runs--from 5 to 60 minutes--after the humidity level is back to normal.
