  • CertainTeed CertaPro AcoustaBoard Black, a rigid fiber glass acoustical insulation board, helped provide that kind of acoustic control needed for the Carnival Center for the Performing Arts, which opened in Miami late last year. The 570,000 square-foot entertainment complex, consisting of the Knight Concert Hall and Ziff Ballet Opera House, features 325,000 square feet of 2" CertaPro AcoustaBoard Black in its sidewalls and ceilings. Materials were provided by building products distributor All Interior Supply, of Hialeah, Florida, and installed by interior contractor Lotspeich Company, Inc., based out of Miami.
