Roof-to-Wall flashing helps installers maintain the 2-inch minimum clearance between the bottom course of fiber-cement siding and an adjoining roof, stairway, sidewalk, deck, or driveway. The new Drip Cap component fits atop 1-inch-wide trim placed above windows, doors, and decorative band boards. Z Wall Flashing is a horizontal flashing used between the upper and lower panels of 4 foot by 8 foot vertical siding, typically in two-story applications.
