  • A new line of 18-volt lithium-ion tools includes a two-speed drill/driver, a Skilsaw 5 3/8-inch circular saw, and reciprocating saw. The driver delivers up to 400 inch-pounds of torque, has a two-speed gear box, and is 50 percent lighter than the nicad-battery version. The Skilsaw is more than 20 percent lighter than other models in its class, the maker says, and can crosscut up to 50 2x4s on a single charge.
