- DeWALT announces the launch of its industrial-grade four flute, two-cutter ROCK CARBIDE SDS Plus drill bits (DW5400-DW5470). Additionally, DEWALT is launching a new line of four-cutter SDS Plus drill bits (DW5471-DW5482). Available in February 2008, the new ROCK CARBIDE SDS Plus accessories provide end users with increased durability, bit life and speed for a variety of industrial applications, including drilling holes in concrete, block and masonry materials. - The 12-volt compact lithium ion drill from Ryobi is lightweight, at 1.8 pounds, making it useful for tight spaces on the jobsite, the maker says. The drill has a one-hour charge time and will retain a charge even during long periods of inactivity, the company adds. CMT Introduces New Portable Universal Hinge Boring Machine
