- Self-Climbing Placing Boom Speeds Project
- CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION MAGAZINE (7/1/2007)
- Early tower placing booms, first introduced in the 1970s, required the use of separate cranes, massive counterweights, and nonproportional booms, and were considered for only the largest projects. But today's modern systems take less time to install and are easy to maintain and operate.
- F-150 Lariat is One Powerful Pickup
- Boston Herald (6/30/2007)
- The 2007 Ford F-150 Lariat SuperCrew 4x4 pickup offers more power, passenger room and cargo space than pretty much anything this side of a Mack Truck. On the outside, the $35,465 Lariat SuperCrew looks beefy from the word "go."In back, the model offers a large bumper and a rear gate that folds down to add 26 more inches to the pickup's 6.5-foot bed.
- Tough Love: An F-150 From Kansas City
- Virginian - Pilot (6/22/2007)
- Here I was, driving a 2007 Ford F-150 pick- up truck made not in Norfolk, but in Kansas City. By comparison, Ford sold 142,502 Fusion mid-sized sedans last year. The F-150's 300 horsepower, single-overhead-cam V8 has enough moxie to get the job done.

- Jun. 21--DAKOTA EASY TO HANDLE, EASY ON THE EYES: I enjoy a pleasant surprise every now and then. My most recent one was the 2007 Dodge Dakota Club Cab 4x4 SLT. It was everything I didn't expect it to be. It also had TRX4 Off-Road group, which included a skid plate group, cast aluminum wheels, tow hooks, fuel tank skid plate shield, transfer case and front suspension skid plate.

- Google Gets Behind Plug-in Hybrid Autos
- USA TODAY (6/19/2007)
- Internet search company Google hopes to speed the development of plug-in hybrid cars by giving away millions of dollars to people and companies that have what appear to be practical ways to get plug-ins to market faster. The money, announced at Google headquarters in Mountain View, Calif., Monday, totals $1 million so far with an additional $10 million pledged, which might not be enough to move the needle. Though automakers are tight-lipped about what they spend, bringing a plug-in hybrid to market could cost hundreds of millions of dollars.

- The Sacramento Bee (6/15/2007)
- Jun. 15--You have to wonder where the limit is in the truck wars being waged on American soil, especially when it comes to heavy duty pickups. Consider the recently tested 2008 Ford F-250 Super Duty SuperCab Lariat 4X4. And keep in mind that the F-250 is a baby in the updated Ford Super Duty lineup.
- Toyota's Rugged Tundra
- Business Week (6/15/2007)
- Take a look at the new Toyota Tundra pickup truck and you'd almost think Toyota was a Detroit automaker. The '07 Tundra, which first hit showrooms earlier this year, is an attempt to correct a previous misstep on Toyota's part; the old Tundra, which first came out in 2000, never sold very well. The new Tundra is at best a match for GM's new Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra pickup trucks, which came out at about the same time.
