New Riverdale Collection By Gerber Combines Transitional Styles and Signicant Water Savings

May, 2009 –- Gerber Plumbing Fixtures LLC has launched the Riverdale™ Collection, a new line of low-flow, water conserving faucets and fittings. These sophisticated bathroom products include faucets, roman tub fillers, and tub & shower fittings which all feature simple lines marrying traditional and contemporary styles suitable for any room or suite.

The Riverdale™bathroom faucets are in the process of being certified by WaterSense, a program established by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), offering water at 1.5 gallons per minute (gpm) as compared to the industry standard 2.2 gpm. According to the EPA, WaterSense labeled products are about 20 percent more water efficient and perform better than their less efficient counterparts in the same category.

Available in chrome and brushed nickel finishes, the Riverdale faucets are equipped with lead free waterways and ceramic disc cartridges. In addition, these low-flow faucets are offered in single handle, 4 inch centerset or widespread options, and are engineered with pressure compensating aerators for peak performance.

The Riverdale roman tub fillers and tub & shower fittings come with solid brass lever handles. The tub & shower fittings contain a diverter tub spout and single function shower head.
