    Marvin Traditional Entry Door

    Intricately handcrafted by skilled craftsmen in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, Marvin Entry Doors come in a variety of wood species and door designs to complement an array of architectural styles. Each Marvin Entry Door is individually made to order based on the imagination of the buyer or by browsing our extensive offering of vintage and popular door designs.

    Homeowners will notice the exceptional aesthetics and authentic quality of Marvin Entry Doors. With the finest materials, Marvin controls the wood's processing, including the moisture content, to ensure the excellence and dimensional stability of the Honduran Mahogany and Honduran Cedar. Craftsmen carefully match the grain and color of the wood in the entry systems for a furniture-grade look. A reverse-grain, face-glued manufacturing technique is used on the door's stiles and rails, which are joined using a traditional blind mortise-and-tenon construction for additional strength.

    Marvin Entry Doors come in seven architectural door design styles:

    • Artistic
    • - Hand-carved appliqués, embossing and engraving showcase logos, family crests and other unique details.
    • Classic
    • - Soft curves and elaborate glass designs create a timeless entry system that can be enhanced with hand-beveled leaded art glass with patina, zinc or brass caming.
    • Traditional -
    • Simply elegant, blending clean, uncluttered lines with the warmth of solid wood.
    • Craftsman
    • - Inspired by the Arts & Crafts movement, these doors feature unique moldings, lines and glass inserts.
    • Old World
    • - Hand-forged solid iron grilles and accessories convey the essence of the Italian countryside.
    • Luminary
    • - A variety of clear, opaque and clear-beveled glass options provide an endless array of styles.
    • Rustic
    • - Crafted to complement the rugged allure of a home in a natural setting with various options available including speakeasy doors and an optional distressed look.

    "Marvin Entry Doors offer homeowners significant flexibility when customizing their entryway,"; Simpson said. "In addition to the seven architectural styles listed in our catalog, Marvin Entry Doors have virtually unlimited custom capabilities for wood carving, unique architectural designs, and decorative and patterned glass. We can also accommodate unique configurations of side lites and transom windows, such as round tops, to complete your entry system.";

    All Marvin Entry Doors come available with several hinge finishes and finial tips, and with a variety of adjustable aluminum sills or solid-wood thresholds. Available wood species include Honduran Mahogany and Honduran Cedar, White Oak, Walnut, and Cherry. The doors can be ordered factory finished in five stain finishes in addition to prime.
