Solar Battery Powered Lightblock Shade

The new shade offers the convenience of an electrical blind without the expense of installation by a professional electrician. The shade is offered in the VELUX Lightblock series, which, when fully closed, blocks light from entering the room. Operation is by remote control.

The built-in solar cell converts direct or diffused light from the sun to electrical energy, which is stored in a battery with the capacity of approximately 500 operations without recharge.
