Weather Shield
Weather Shield. Developed for Spanish colonial, Mission-style, and similar architectures, the Collections line features restoration glass set into several wood species, including mahogany, ash, oak, and cherry. Some wood types can be wire-brushed for a rich, weathered texture. A warm-edge spacer reduces thermal transfer between panes and eliminates condensation, the maker says. The line includes sliding and center- or side-hinged French styles, and entry doors in a variety of designs. Matching windows are also available. 800.477.6808. www.weathershield.com.

Jeld-Wen
Jeld-Wen. For an alternative to solid wood, IWP Aurora custom fiberglass exterior doors offer elegant aesthetics without succumbing to extreme weather conditions. Four collections — classic, old world, Craftsman, and French — are available in three wood grains and 19 colors. Actual wood doors are used as patterns for the fiberglass molds, duplicating the wood's graining. Prehung on Insignia composite frames, the doors feature a PolyMicro polyurethane core, which offers a dense, solid feel. 877.535.3462. www.jeld-wen.com.

Endura
Endura. With a lifetime warranty against rot and insect damage, FrameSaver protects the base of exterior door frames using a 5-inch piece of wood composite finger-jointed to the bottom of the door frame. Frames are available for door unit widths of 4 1/8 inches to 7¾ inches, and garage door, sidelite, and hinged patio applications. A variety of mull sizes are also available. 800.334.2006. www.framesaver.com.

Therma-Tru
Therma-Tru. For projects where new doors are being hung in homes that have settled or are out of square, try the Steel Edge Adjustable Hinge Door line. The doors feature hinges that adjust 5/16 inch vertically in either direction, or 1/8 inch in or out. Small adjustments allow for an ideal fit between the door bottom and sill, as well as tight seals between the door and weatherstripping. The high-definition styles for this line feature deeper embossment contours and greater shadowing for a more attractive appearance. 800.843.7628. www.therma-tru.com.

Milgard
Milgard. New fiberglass entry doors offer three door options: woodgrain, smooth, or flushglaze. The fiberglass construction will not rot or rust, is paintable and stainable, and is not temperature-sensitive, the maker says. Twelve glass designs are available. The full product line includes more than 40 door styles and 500 variations when glass options are applied. 800.645.4273. www.milgard.com.
