Hanson Roof Tile Announces Limited Lifetime Warranty for All Roof Tile Products

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. -- Hanson Roof Tile Inc., one of North America's leading concrete roof tile manufacturers, has upgraded its 50-year limited product warranty to a limited lifetime product warranty for its concrete roof tile products.

"In addition to the attractiveness and functionality of Hanson roof tiles, we stand behind the unsurpassed durability of our product for the life of the roof," said Hanson Roof Tile's Vice President for Commercial David Del Brocco, adding that the new limited lifetime warranty had previously been used only in California and Arizona.

"As Hanson has expanded nationally, it was time to make a unified statement of quality concerning our roof tiles," Del Brocco said. "We believe we provide superior products in the marketplace and our warranty should reflect that quality."

The new warranty is effective immediately. The new warranty remains transferable, non-prorated and contains standard industry exclusions for severe weather events, improper installation and other roof components.

Homeowners must register their new roof within 30 days of installation or within 30 days of a change of ownership to take advantage of the limited lifetime warranty. Unregistered roofs will be covered for two years from the date of the original installation.
