Vibrant colors for new Vermont Castings grills

Vermont Castings is introducing its 2007 lineup of Signature Series grills and it's a vibrant collection as one of the world's top barbecue makers adds more beautiful colors to its grills. From five, four and three burner cart models to huge built-ins and a taste-enhancing, stainless steel smoker box, there's a grill and accessories for every deck and patio.

The five burner model (VCS5007) is bound to catch the eye of the big party chef. No other grill can match this efficient cooking system featuring outstanding heat retention to produce peerless flavor. This grill has 62,500 BTUs of power plus the big party convenience of a grilling surface of 600 square inches of primary cooking area and 230 square inches of secondary cooking space.

Vermont Castings four burner model (VCS4007) has an output of 50,000 BTUs, 450 square inches of primary cooking area and 170 square inches of secondary cooking space. This is a grill that fits wonderfully well and looks great in any backyard while giving the chef all the versatility he or she will need to cook for larger groups.

The three burner grill (VCS3507) has an output of 37,500 BTUs of heat to cook on its 400 square inch primary cooking area and 150 square inches of secondary cooking space. This grill not only looks terrific in any outdoor setting, it is easy to move around and to store when not in use.

Also available are Signature Series built-in units to create ultimate outdoor kitchens. The five burner built-in (VCS5007BI) and the 3 burner built-in model (VCS3507BI) are each paired with Vermont Castings Signature Flavor Process to produce great cooking. Both come with Vermont Castings patented Light @ Night Back-Lit Dials, to illuminate your entertaining well into the evening, as well as Infra-Red Rotisserie Kit and Burner for all the functionality you could want.

These units are available in Natural Gas and Propane models.

There's more color choices than ever this year. Three, four and five burner models are available with lids in Porcelain Enameled Mica Black, Mica Green and Deep Bronze as well as our traditional stainless steel. Vermont Castings is justly famous for its range of innovative colors in a number of its products. The new colors in grills for 2007 make Signature Series grills stand out far above the crowd. Also available in 2007 is the Deluxe Stainless Steel Smoker (VC3624GS), a double walled stainless steel, gas smoker with four cooking grids, three adjustable dampers and a total of 1033 square inches of cooking area.

In Vermont Castings grills outdoor cooks will find the convenience for which the Signature Series is known, from back-lit dials for cooking after sunset to the Neverfail Electronic Ignition that works every time.
