Mannington Laminate Goes Global with Spring Introductions

February 5, 2007 - Consumers say that home furnishings are an extension of their personality, and today's consumer is all about 'going global'. From animal print fabrics to leather furniture, exotic looks are all the rage, and flooring is no exception.

    Burlwood

To that end, Mannington is introducing a whole new world in its Revolutions™ Plank line with the looks of Acacia, Burlwood, and Brazilian Cherry. Mannington's use of innovative technology and meticulous attention to detail gives these floors the most incredible realism of any laminate on the market today.

Acacia and Brazilian Cherry both feature Mannington's new OptiClear finish which complements the smooth graining and subtle texture of these exotic species, and is another example of the company's attention to detail on all of its products.

Burlwood has very unique graining characteristics which, in the real wood, are created by varying environmental conditions. Mannington replicates those details using embossed-in-register technology, which gives it both the look and the texture of the real thing.

All of these new looks use Mannington's NatureForm Optix™ technology which adds to their realism. In addition, they come as 5"-wide single planks, which is the most popular format in hardwood.

These new looks will be available exclusively at fine flooring retail stores in mid- April.
