GAINESVILLE, Ga.--Peachtree® Doors and Windows' 300 Series of vinyl-clad windows and patio doors beautifully blend quality and value for homeowners who desire classic style. The 300 Series is a complete line of windows and patio doors that require minimal maintenance and provide a plethora of options.

The 300 Series Hinged Patio Door

Peachtree's 300 Series extruded vinyl-clad exteriors in White or Tan contain titanium dioxide stabilizers and high-impact acrylic modifiers that help retard color fading. Homeowners can choose from pine or ash interiors, natural or prefinished in four stain choices or latex primer; or prefinished white composite interiors.

The 300 Series is available in double hung, casement, awning, slider and specialty shaped windows. Complementary transoms are available to bring added light and dimension to any room. The 300 Series double hung with simulated transom, available in rectangle, eyebrow, half circle and gothic configurations, is an attractive option that saves money and installation time over traditional double hung units with a mulled transom, and provides more natural light to a home. The operational unit is created by extending the top sash of a double hung and adding a 3.5-inch profiled rail to the interior and exterior of the glass.

The 300 Series hinged and sliding patio doors offer a multitude of options and feature durable sills, tempered insulated glass, adjustable hinges, secure locks, and a number of handle styles and finishes. Homeowners can choose between center-hinged, French in-swing, and out-swing hinged patio doors; or sliding patio doors in single or multiple panel configurations. Handle set choices include either a hardwood interior and a metal exterior, or an upgraded brass legacy handle set.

For added appeal, Grilles-Between-The-Glass (GBG) and Value Divided Lites (VDL) can be ordered in the color corresponding to the exterior cladding. Snap-in Removable Wood Grilles are also available.

A 3/4" insulated glass with Real Warm Edge™ high-performance glass technology comes standard on all 300 Series windows. For further energy efficiency, homeowners may elect other high performance options including, Zo-e-shield™ 5, Low-E2 glass with argon-filled airspace, or EasyCare™ Low-E2 glass, which resists dirt and water. Zo-e-shield 5 improves U-values by 50 percent and solar heat gain by 65 percent over clear insulated glass while allowing more natural light in.

To round out any window and door package, Peachtree offers entry door systems in Newport textured, smooth or Duo-Choice™ fiberglass panels; or Avanti steel panels. Peachtree entry door systems are up to six times more energy efficient than wood entrance doors.
