The high-performing Epicure Outdoor Grills offer precision performance, packaged in a sleekly designed stainless steel casing that can be custom-built into a patio or outdoor kitchen, or easily secured to a matching stainless steel grill cart for unrestricted outdoor entertaining. Brighter halogen lighting illuminates the cooking surface for uninterrupted outdoor grilling, no matter how late the barbecue ends.

A patent-pending, optional infrared ceramic sear burner, conveniently placed inside the firebox, provides exacting control, bringing users' hidden professional chef personality to the surface. The burner offers high-intensity cooking for a perfect sear, so users can achieve gourmet cooking results with every meal.

Each and every cooking mode is activated using exclusive Dacor Illumina™ Burner Control Knobs that glow in the brand's signature "flame-blue" when a burner is in the "on" position. These same knobs distinguish the Epicure Dual-Fuel Range from all competitors, offering increased safety and greater appeal. In addition, the redesigned premium canopy hood is lighter and more user-friendly than previous grill models.

Three U-shaped stainless steel burners operate at 20,000 BTU on grill models without the optional ceramic sear burner. Grills that include the ceramic sear burner will feature two highoutput U-shaped stainless steel burners. An infrared ceramic rotisserie burner with a heavy-duty removable motor conveniently attaches to the grill when needed, providing limitless cooking options for the outdoor chef. For additional safety, Dacor's Perma-Flame™ technology will automatically reignite the burner flame in the event that it is extinguished unexpectedly. Consumers can create the ultimate outdoor kitchen with optional accessories like a 16" side unit with two 18,000 BTU burners - a standard feature on the Epicure 52" grill - continuous grates and stainless steel cover that let outdoor chefs stir-fry vegetables or boil a large pot of lobsters. The 24" indoor/outdoor warming oven, with safely concealed controls and a four-hour timer that promises to keep grilled items sizzling until ready to serve, provides gentle heat ranging from 100 degrees to 200 degrees.
