    The Toledo XT brings new meaning to the term dual fuel. This pro-style range offers a gas cooktop and electric ovens, plus a 12,000 kW electric warming zone, all wrapped up in a sleek black design. Its five burner gas cooktop features a 15,500 BTU triple ring wok burner, for a total output of 37,000 BTU's. Each burner is equipped with a flame failure device which cuts the flow of gas if the flame is extinguished. Finally, two electric ovens make cooking for a crowd a snap with 4.6 cu ft of cooking space. A dedicated convection oven is perfect for batch baking, while the second oven offers the flexibility of seven modes: convection, fan assist, defrost, broil, brown, base heat and zoned heat.

    Paragon Elite SE

    The Paragon is a culinary masterpiece. It takes the cooking power of the Toldeo XT and amplifies it by adding a second triple ring wok burner to replaces the warming zone, for a total output capacity of 50,000 BTU's. And its subtle curves crafted of a smooth low maintenance stainless are offset by the icy blue fascia lights create a thoroughly modern look.

    Both the Toledo XT and Paragon feature the signature Heartland French door design, and have a full width storage drawer. Their durable cast iron grates will stand up to even the toughest cook. And a wok cradle and a removable cast iron griddle are standard accompaniments.
