Jim Morando, President, has more than 21 years of proven success with global companies such as Congoleum Corporation and Newell Rubbermaid. Alejandro Sierra, Director of Product Management, has over twelve years of marketing experience from parent company Corona, where he was the Promotion and Merchandising Manager for multiple markets around the World.
