Kichler Expands Energy Efficient Lighting with New Solutions for Inside and OutAdditions Complement Existing Incandescent Families in a Variety of Styles
CLEVELAND--July 25, 2007--With today's energy conservation needs and homeowners' continued demand for "green" products, Kichler Lighting expands its already successful energy efficient line with 10 new lighting families and more than 75 fixtures. The new additions offer quality energy savings while maintaining their fashion-friendly style.

The Energy-efficient Morris
"The demand for energy efficient products isn't likely to subside anytime soon," said Tom Patterson, Kichler product manager. "We recognize that, and we will continue to make energy efficient lighting a priority. In introducing new offerings, we realize efficiency is important, but so is aesthetics. Neither is sacrificed in our collections."
All of Kichler's energy efficient offerings match existing Kichler incandescent families, allowing for multiple uses both in and around the home. The majority of the new energy efficient offerings are Energy Star compliant, which identifies lighting that uses two-thirds less energy than conventional lighting and lasts six to 10 times longer. Those not displaying the Energy Star logo are still much more efficient than their incandescent counterparts.
