Decoustics Gets Wired with First-of-its-Kind Trelisio Woven Wire For Acoustic Ceiling and Wall Panels
October 31, 2007 - (Valley Forge, Pennsylvania) -Decoustics - CertainTeed Ceilings' Signature custom acoustical ceiling and wall manufacturing company - expands with the introduction of Trelisio™ Woven Wire panels. An industry first, the architectural Trelisio panels are prefabricated and ready-to-install without the need for third party custom hardware.
Trelisio acoustical panels can be used as part of ceiling or wall systems and are offered in nine standard weaves that are fully integrated into a single source factory fabricated panel. The panels are compatible with the popular Decoustics' Ceilencio® downward access ceiling system, which provides complete accessibility to the ceiling plenum. Custom weaves and other wire materials such as copper, brass, bronze and aluminum are also available.

Trelisio Acoustic Ceiling and Wall Panels
"The integration of this finish onto acoustical panels will open up an entirely new market for woven wire," says Jim Church, National Sales Manager of Decoustics Ltd. "Trelisio meets the acoustical standards we have put in place for all of our high performance products plus it offers consistent quality and ease of installation on the job site."
Trelisio wall and ceiling panels are fully integrated into the suspension systems and require no additional hardware or specially engineered custom solutions. As a result, budget estimating can be completed upfront without the guesswork of custom add-ons.
Metal finishes applied to ceilings will not sag or stain and are virtually frameless, yet overall panel thickness is 1 5/8-inch. The panels also feature a Class A fire rating and come ready to install.
