New L.E. Johnson Products, Inc. Heavy-Duty Pocket Door Frame Features Rigid All-Steel Studs

Johnson Products, leading manufacturer of premium pocket-door frames, introduces the Series 2060, a heavy-duty pocket door frame that accommodates doors weighing up to300 pounds.The newly engineered Series 2060 Pocket Door Frame features sturdy, all-steel studs that producewalls that are as rigid and stiff as a wood 2x4. The beefy steel studs are fabricated from extra-thick 16-gauge zinc-coated steel, and measure 1 1/4 inch deep x 1 3/4 inch wide.

The Series 2060 is designed for installation in walls framed with 2x6 studs. It fits doors ranging from 2 feet to 5 feet wide, and from 6 foot, 8 inches to 9 feet tall. The heavy-duty door frame accepts all doors ranging from 1-1/8 inch to 2-1/4 inch thick. The ready-to-install frame comes with self-tapping drywall screws for fastening the drywall to the steel studs, and with self-tapping trim-head screws for attaching the wood jambs.

Designed to provide years of trouble-free service, the Series 2060 virtually eliminates call-backs and user problems that are common with inferior pocket door frames.
