CertainTeed Adds Sierra Blend to CertaGrain Vinyl Fence Color Palette

March 19, 2008 – CertainTeed has added a new color to its Bufftech(R) line of vinyl fence products. Sierra Blend, a beautiful multi-chromatic color blend, is now available in two Bufftech styles: Chesterfield privacy fence and Post & Rail fence, both with CertaGrain(TM) texture.

Bufftech's CertaGrain texture is manufactured using a proprietary texturing process that recreates the look and feel of real wood. Sierra Blend combines the beauty of CertaGrain's authentic woodgrain texture with a natural, blended color reminiscent of stained wood — all in an easy-care vinyl design that never needs staining or painting.

Sierra Blend features CertainTeed's exclusive ColorLast(TM) fade protection, an acrylic formulation that provides dark colors with superior protection from the harsh rays of the sun. ColorLast delivers rich color that retains its vibrant hue for years to come.

In addition to Sierra Blend, Chesterfield with CertaGrain fence is available in three solid colors: Natural Clay, Colonial White and Autumn Brown.
