Woodharbor Launches Frameless Cabinetry Line

June, 2009 -- While some custom cabinetry and passage door companies are maintaining the status quo during the current recession, Woodharbor Doors & Cabinetry has continued to enhance its dealer relationship in 2009 by re-introducing Rockglen Cabinetry as a custom line, expanding its exterior and interior door options and now launching a frameless cabinetry line.

CastPointe Frameless Cabinetry from Woodharbor Doors & Cabinetry combines the company's well-known quality construction with full access, European styling. Frameless cabinetry has a popular following because of its clean, precise, contemporary appearance and its ability to make the most of space. "We are fulfilling a market niche that we were not able to meet in the past," says Tina Piper, ASID, designer for Woodharbor Doors & Cabinetry. "Our dealers asked for a frameless line and we responded with CastPointe."

In addition to style and space benefits, Woodharbor's CastPointe Frameless Cabinetry is also an environmentally conscious choice. The cabinet construction is made from EPP certified 100 percent recycled product and meets California's tough new regulation on formaldehyde emissions. "We are proud to say CastPointe is also KCMA certified as an Environmental Stewardship Program product and exceeds their stringent requirements," says Piper. CastPointe accessories emphasize functionality and beauty and include an easy-opening up and over lift system, easy-opening bi-fold door lift system, wall stay-lift system and wall lift-up system. All the opening systems are engineered to complement CastPointe Frameless Cabinetry by making the most of space by lifting up rather than out into the room.

The creative possibilities offered by CastPointe Frameless Cabinetry are practically endless, with 21 door styles, 17 finishes and five wood species—maple, cherry, character cherry, quarter sawn white oak and paintable. CastPointe Frameless Cabinetry's wood species, styles and finish options match or complement Woodharbor's other lines of cabinetry and doors.

"There are people who prefer a simple, refined cabinet," says Piper. "CastPointe fits their need, and at an affordable price."
