Redesign features fresh, clean look, complete product library and improved navigation
To benefit Kichler dealers, as well as homeowners, a major portion of the web redesign was focused on creating a streamlined shopping cart system. Now, a comprehensive library of products is available online, and includes detailed product specs. In addition, for those who qualify as Benchmark dealers, the entire product fulfillment process will be handled for them - from order receipt to product shipping - so, they will continue to receive a profit from the sales, while devoting less time and effort.
"Our new, simplified estore makes it easy for homeowners to bring Kichler lighting into the home, but keeps our loyal dealers in the forefront by continuing to traffic business through their individual lighting showrooms," said Sid Fleishman, Kichler Lighting marketing manager. "And, as appreciation, we are happy to remove most of the legwork for our Benchmark dealers who continue to invest into the Kichler brand."
Fleishman continued, "Overall, our web redesign was centered on providing users a smart and organized method to finding the right light, no matter if a homeowner is renovating a bathroom or developing a full lighting plan for a new home.
