The Caravelle One Piece Dual Flush Toilet meets the needs of today's marketplace by offering water conservation and dependable performance in a subtle and stylish design. Like all of Caroma's high efficiency toilets (HETs), the Caravelle can reduce water use by 40% over standard single flush (1.6 gallon) toilets. The two buttons mounted atop the tank release two different flush volumes: a .8 gallon half-flush and a 1.6 gallon flush.
The Caravelle uses Wash Down flushing technology, not siphonic action to cleanse the bowl. With this unique approach, the trapway has been greatly enlarged and is nearly double the industry standard, which virtually ensures clog-proof performance. Caroma's innovative engineering also has eliminated the flapper, ball cock and chain, traditional flushing mechanisms that typically must be replaced several times over the life of a toilet.
