December, 2007 - GEORGETOWN, S.C.-- Royal Wood® will feature five new additions to its product line at the 2008 International Builders' Show, February 13-16, Booth #W154 in Orlando, FL. Four new additions to the Wrap n' Snap Column Wrap Line and a new post cap are among the new products being introduced by Royal Wood® at the International Builders' Show. Products include a Fluted Column Wrap, Raised Panel Column Wrap, Recessed Panel Column Wrap and Tapered Column Wrap. A new line of Newel Post Caps will also be shown and introduced.
Also shown will be Royal Wood's standard Wrap n' Snap Column Wrap along with accessories. "Our expanded line will offer builders a wider choice of styles to select for added appeal and beauty," noted Richard Bates, Vice President of Sales for Royal Wood. "We anticipate the availability of a variety of lengths and heights to meet most building or remodeling requirements."
Wrap n' Snap Column Wrap
Like other Royal Wood products, the new column wrap products offer the classic look of wood without the drawbacks. Product is easy to install and can transform any treated post into a finished column in minutes for added beauty and long life. Royal Wood® is a quality brand of G2 Corporation and products are manufactured from a composite co-extrusion, which combines several processes and materials to achieve superior product characteristics.
Wrap n' Snap Column Wrap
Like all the products being featured, Wrap n' Snap Column Wrap is made of maintenance-free cellular PVC material that eliminates peeling, painting, rotting or denting. Corners that are pre-mitered with a removable tape along with the patent pending Wrap n' Snap lock allow for labor saving one-person installation and guarantee a perfect fit with no exposed fasteners.
Accessories available with the Wrap n' Snap include the crown molding, bead molding and base molding. The column wrap is available in five different sizes in 8.5 ft or 10 ft lengths to meet most building or remodeling requirements. Sizes available include 4x4, 4x6, 6x6, 8x8 and 10x10. Like other Royal Wood products, the column wrap comes in a pre-finished white and can be painted the color of your choice after installation.
To install the Wrap n' Snap, simply apply PVC adhesive to each groove, place the column wrap around the treated post or wood column and snap-lock the panels together. Allow 24 hours to let the glue set and remove the temporary tape from each corner to complete.
