In the high-end market - whether they buy or build now or a year from now - buyers still want the best, the newest.

Take bathrooms. Goodbye, french-fry lights; hello, radiant heating.

Hand-held shower nozzle? How 20th-century. People these days want to be shot all over with strategically placed sprays.

And there, hidden behind the lavatory mirrors, are plasma TVs, visible only when turned on - and clearly visible then, provided you don't steam the mirrors too much.

Sylvester Clay's bathrooms are the Bentley, the ne plus ultra of WCs.

And every room is as detailed and deluxe as his bathroom designs.

Because his Architectural Construction Professionals' home designs vary, amenities differ according to space and lot size, he said.

Some have outdoor kitchens, swimming pools, even pool houses.

Each comes with a multimedia room with surround sound and an entertainer's kitchen (think kitchenette).

One of his homes even has a putting and chipping green.
