ORANGE, Calif. (February 22, 2008) – Lennox Hearth Products (LHP) has a new addition to its catalytic vent-free gas fireplaces. The Elite™ Series catalytic vent-free gas fireplace is a smaller version of the current line of fireplaces, measuring 23-1/8" wide by 27" tall and only 6-1/4" deep.
Boasting a slim, artwork-like design, the Elite Series is designed to hang flat on a wall, making it ideal for contemporary living spaces, high-rises, lofts or any place where a chimney is not available.
"The small design of the new Elite Series fireplace creates more ways to enjoy a beautiful fire in different areas of the home–no chimney required," states Robert Dischner, director of marketing for LHP. "Its sleek presentation and unique flame behind a floating glass panel provide a contemporary look and comforting warmth. The fireplace also uses catalytic converter technology, which cleans the hot air as it leaves the combustion chamber."
