February 2008 - ADRIAN (Mich.) -Merillat is expanding Merillat Masterpiece, building on a great tradition of fine quality cabinetry. The line's new door style and finishes are just another example of Merillat's continuing effort to provide a competitive advantage while giving designers, builders and homeowners even more design flexibility.
New Door Style
On Feb. 25, 2008, Merillat will introduce a new traditional door style with the introduction of Merillat Masterpiece Verona.

"This versatile door style fits perfectly into traditional settings; however, it has the ability to adapt to many decors depending on finishes, decorative hardware and accents," said Paul Radoy, manager of design services for the Merillat brand.
Merillat Masterpiece Verona has a five-piece drawer front, full overlay construction, with a veneer raised center panel available in square or arched. The attractively priced Maple door will be available in all Maple colors excluding Butter Rum, Oatmeal and Taupe.
New Finishes
Recognizing the popularity of painted white finishes, Merillat introduced the following three new variations of white finishes on Sept. 18, 2007. All these finishes are available on Maple door styles and accessories:
Merillat Masterpiece Sonoma Maple Canvas
• Dove White is a pure white painted finish. It has a clean and cool look.
• Canvas is a soft white painted finish. Its comforting and inviting tone is infused with a hint of warmth.
• Biscotti is a painted finish with a warmer white tone. It has a whisper of brown for a look of antique parchment.
In addition to the white finishes Merillat has introduced a new glaze finish, as glaze finishes continue to be very popular. The new Butter Rum Glaze is a praline finish with a warm brown glaze. It's natural, warm and inviting. This glaze finish has a touch of spice and offers a rich deep look that blends beautifully with granite and stone. Butter Rum Glaze will be available on all Merillat Masterpiece Maple door styles with exception of Epic, Calais, Marsett and Montresano.

Full Extension Drawers
Full extension drawers are now standard in Merillat Masterpiece cabinetry, making drawer contents even more accessible and providing homeowners with a desired feature at a great value.
