May, 2008 -- Panasonic Home & Environment Company announced two next-generation WhisperWarm ventilation fans, both of which can heat and help improve indoor air quality, while also being more compact, lightweight and quieter than their predecessor. In addition to providing warmth and air ventilation, the WhisperWarm FV-11VHL2 is available with a light and night light feature. For those who already have a lighting system, the WhisperWarm FV-11VH2 is available without lights - giving the consumer more choice when selecting their ventilation fan.

Both WhisperWarm models feature an attractive new grille design to complement a home's dcor, require easy installation and offer quiet operation, with sone levels of 0.6 for FV-11VH2 and 0.7 for the FV-11VHL2 - which is comparable to the sound of a rustling shrub. Also, WhisperWarm Model FV-11VHL2 uses two Panasonic 18 Watt Flicker Free compact fluorescent bulbs. Both models will be available in June 2008.
WhisperWarm ventilation fans feature a totally enclosed condenser motor that keeps it clean and quiet for the life of the fan. The ventilation fans use a wide blower wheel to move large amounts of air at reduced revolutions per minute.
Panasonic WhisperWarm ventilation fans are designed to the electrical configuration of the model's condenser motor to allow it to operate at lower temperatures, increasing the life-span of the motor and bearings. The WhisperWarm ventilation fan's body is made of heavy-gauge zinc galvanized steel and painted to protect it from rust. The units install with a 4" duct and measure 18 1/8" x 13 5/15" for the FV-11VH2 and 18 1/8" x 14 1/8" for the FV-11VHL2 For more information on all of Panasonic's ventilation fans, please visit : www.panasonic.com/ventfans.
