The X-Basic fireplace employs an air-wash system that pulls pre-heated air toward the fire; smoke is contained inside the unit and away from the glass, keeping the glass clean. To achieve more heat energy from the wood, the product preheats the combustion air and guides the preheated air through a system of baffle plates.
