Homestead was formed in 2002 with its first product the SuperPost. It is Homesteads vision to bring to market a unique variety of products for residential and commercial use in the housing and commercial building market. Homestead was started by B. Stanfield CEO of Stanfield Construction (General Contractors). Mr. Stanfield has 28 years experience in the home construction business and has been a Licensed General Contractor for 22 years. Mr. Stanfield's experience from construction of apartment complexes, commercial buildings, even multi million dollar private residences gives him a broad understanding of the pitfalls and areas which need improvement in real estate care and maintenance.
