Features and Benefits

Both sash tilt and remove for easy cleaning, ust open the sash slightly, pull the latches in, and tilt the sash into the room. To remove, a small twist pops the sash out of the framework and it's just as easy to reinstall.
Sash of different sizes in one unit, commonly called cottage style, are available, with all the tilting and performance features of a regular Integrity® Double Hung.
You can match our double hungs with picture windows, other double hungs, transoms, polygons or round tops to create almost any assembly you want.
Both factory mulling and field mulling kits are offered.

The Integrity® Double Hung has one of the simplest tilt-and-remove mechanisms in the industry, and sash that operate remarkably easily, thanks to the one-piece Ultrex jambs.
The jambs are paintable, and when paired with our beautiful solid wood, offer an incomparable interior.
You can use this window for new construction as well as remodeling, since it offers features such as an interior sill prepped for stool, a profiled accent ledge for lifting the bottom sash, White or Almond Frost hardware, optional Wood Interior Grilles or Grilles-Between-the-Glass.
This double hung window has endured and conquered extreme water and wind pressure tests, standing up to conditions replicating 8 in. of rain per hour and winds up to 42 m.p.h.
In addition, we applied positive and negative air testing equaling 45 pounds of air pressure per square foot, that means about 134 m.p.h. winds.
